How to submit an advance payment request?
To create an advance request, log in to the "Advance Management" or "Advance Requests" module in the system main menu and use the "Create New Request" option. In the opened form, the request date, requested amount, currency, intended use and project/department information, if any, are entered. Clearly stating the reason for the request and attaching the relevant documents (mission letter, travel plan, purchasing information, etc.) speeds up the approval process. When registration is completed, the request is automatically forwarded to the administrator or finance unit. Thanks to this digital process, employee advance requests can be tracked, reported and archived through the system instead of paper forms or e-mail.
