How to add an inventory record?
To add a new asset or equipment, go to the "Inventory" module and use the "Add New Asset" option. In the opened form, product name, brand, model, serial number, category, location and purchasing information are entered. If desired, the price of the product, warranty period and explanation notes can also be added. After the save process, the system automatically creates a new record in the inventory and appears in the asset list. Thanks to this method, all equipment within the company is recorded digitally and the need to keep a manual list is eliminated.
