How to open an overtime claim?
Creating an overtime request is completed in a few steps via the digital tally and overtime management system. The employee enters the "Additional Working / Overtime" screen and selects the relevant date, start time and end time. The system automatically calculates the entered time interval, determines the total time with minute precision, and marks the part outside the standard shift time as overtime. When creating a request, the reason for the work performed (project delivery, field duty, shift extension, etc.) can be specified using the description field. These explanations both facilitate the manager's evaluation and serve as a record in audit processes. As soon as the request is recorded, the system automatically starts the approval flow and sends a notification to the relevant manager. This eliminates manual forms, e-mail traffic or verbal approval processes.
