How to create a new department?
Creating a new department on HRSync is one of the most basic steps towards moving the organizational structure within the organization to the digital environment. When you log in to the Departments module, a new unit can be defined within seconds by using the "Add New Department" button. In the opened form, the department name, unique department code, parent unit, location or branch information and optional manager are assigned. After this information is entered, the department becomes active in the system with the save operation and is ready for employee assignment. Thanks to this structure, manual Excel spreadsheets, complex organizational lists or messy files are eliminated. All units are managed through a central human resources software. Especially in growing companies, defining departments quickly creates new teams, reorganization processes or new branch openings provides operational speed. HRSync offers not only a registration screen, but also a professional department management system that digitalises companies' organizational planning. Thus, a corporate structure that is both transparent and sustainable is established.
