What does the payroll module do in HRSync?
Payroll module is the section that collects salary calculations on a single screen. How many days an employee worked that month, how many hours he worked, whether he took leave, whether he received additional payments such as premiums or travel meals, are combined here and the net payable amount is automatically calculated. The payroll module provides the greatest benefit at this point. HR teams do not have to collect hours separately from payroll, days from leaves separately, and deductions from advance payments and calculate them in Excel. The system pulls this data from the modules and processes it into the payroll. Thus, the risk of calculation errors is reduced, the time to prepare the month-end payroll is shortened, and everyone proceeds according to the same standard.
