How to create a new survey in HRSync?
To create a new survey via the HRSync Survey Module, after logging in to the admin panel, go to the Surveys > Create New Survey menu. On the screen that opens, first the survey title, description text and the purpose of the survey are defined. This section should be clear and descriptive to increase employees' motivation to participate in the survey. Then, the start and end date are determined, the anonymity preference is selected, and the target participants are identified. Finally, questions are added and the draft is saved. When the Publish button is pressed, the survey is automatically activated and visible to the selected users. Thanks to this structure, HR teams can digitally initiate employee satisfaction, performance measurement or feedback processes within minutes.
